Rehearsal Dinner
Rather than the same old rehearsal dinner, this well traveled couple invited family and friends to Tea- and what better spot than Newport's Chinese Tea House! It's on the grounds of Vanderbilt's magnificent Marble House- and was built by Alva Vanderbilt for seaside entertaining and hosting rallies for the women's right to vote! Working with the Chinese red and black that predominate the unique venue, we custom made tailored linens for the perfect match! The treat-laden buffet was crowned with a show-stopping floral packed with gorgeous dahlia, lilies and a variety of orchids against a backdrop of unique foliage and grasses. Colorful designs and votives topped the cocktail tables- and our lanterns dotted the sea wall and pathway for an after-sunset effect!
